Wally Eastland

Wally Eastland is an accomplished business leader, consultant, and educator with a diverse background in technology, entertainment, and arts management. As a founding member of Future Artists of Los Angeles, he is dedicated to fostering creative opportunities for emerging artists while leveraging his extensive corporate and educational experience to drive impactful change.

With over 15 years at Microsoft, Wally held strategic leadership roles, including Principal Consultant and Asia-Pacific Service Management Consulting Lead. He successfully managed multi-million dollar business units, overseeing operations across the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia. His expertise in project management, operations consulting, and business strategy made him a trusted partner to Fortune 100 companies and government entities worldwide.

Beyond the corporate sector, Wally served as Director of Design and Fabrication for an event production company, leading a team of designers and fabricators to deliver high-budget scenic projects. His leadership resulted in a 25% increase in scenic sales and significant improvements in efficiency and quality control. His passion for education led him to develop curricula for entertainment design and production programs, blending his business acumen with creative expertise.

An internationally recognized speaker, Wally has presented at major IT and entertainment conferences across the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea. He is a two-time recipient of the Microsoft Gold Star Award, honoring his contributions to business growth and strategic innovation. Holding a BFA and MFA in Entertainment Design and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management, along with certifications in Project Management and IT Operations, Wally is committed to continuous learning and leadership excellence.
